Do you love challenges?
Your entry into the exciting world of monitoring within our global cloud environment. After an intensive training including technical and soft skills courses, you will provide responsive, professional and competent technical support and maintenance of infrastructure monitoring systems for our Data Centers and customer systems. You will be part of a team with focus on establishing global high-quality service delivered in line with global standards, compliances and SLA expectation.
■ Administrate and maintain internal monitoring environment of multiple toolsets.■ Adjusting the environment to upcoming requests and changes.
■ Troubleshooting infrastructure monitoring issues and development of IT tools and processes.
■ Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards (scalability).
■ Support in finding improvements and resolve enquiries, issues or problems.
■ Active participation in training and knowledge sharing.
Convince us with your potential
■ First experience in monitoring / analytics solutions (e.g. Splunk, Zabbix).
■ A vocational training in the IT field or a university degree (e.g. computer science, business informatics). Lateral entry with corresponding practical experience is also possible.
■ Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows or Linux).
■ First scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell).
■ Understanding of networks, IPv4, firewalls and proxies.
■ Basic experience in dealing with IT ticketing systems.
■ Good English skills, German skills are an advantage.
■ Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
■ Self-motivated, team player and learners’ mindset as well as good communication skills.
■ Willing to work in regular on-call duties.
