Project Manager (d/f/m)

As a Project Manager (d/f/m), you are responsible for planning, steering and successfully delivering our international customer projects in the semiconductor industry with a focus on integrating IIoT solutions.​

You work closely with our development team and our customers in Europe and Asia and make sure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and in the agreed quality.​

• Project planning & structure: You take ownership of demanding customer projects, define clear goals together with the team and design the roadmap with realistic timelines and resource plans.​
• Team leadership & collaboration: You lead your project team in day‑to‑day business, assign tasks according to the strengths of the team members, facilitate collaboration and ensure with clear communication that everyone is pulling in the same direction.​
• Budget & risk: You enjoy decision‑making authority in budget calculation and cost planning, assess project risks at an early stage and implement effective measures to keep your projects on track.​
• Steering & quality: You manage project progress along clear milestones, take operational decisions where needed and ensure that time, cost and quality targets are measurably achieved for us and our customers.​
• Communication & closure: You act as the central point of contact for customers and stakeholders, confidently lead workshops and project meetings and ensure transparent documentation for successful go‑lives and clean project closure.​

• Degree in engineering or business (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering/computer science, business administration) or a comparable qualification.​
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an industrial environment or the software industry.​
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or with equipment, subfab processes or comparable industrial plants is a plus.​
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, ideally also with hybrid approaches.​
• Experience in risk, stakeholder and requirements management as well as in project controlling and management reporting.​
• Confident handling of common PM tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Confluence) and very good MS Office skills to create project plans and reports.​
• Willingness to travel internationally, primarily for assignments in Europe and Asia.​
• Good English and German skills (at least level B2).​
• Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented way of working.​

• Customer‑oriented and professional appearance.​
• Ability to resolve conflicts even under time pressure and willingness to continuously learn about new topics (e.g. IIoT, data integration).
